I've got the Bravo 3 on a 5.7L.... but I have to ask what is a drive shower? A fresh water motor flush connection from inside the boat?

here's a link to the rex marine model. Rex Marine It's Cool Drive Shower for Bravo Drives: Automotive Performance Products, Boat & Marine Parts & Hardware

it scoops up water and showers it over the top of the outdrive, keeping it cool and the drive fluid from boiling under long high speed runs.

Another note about what they are: If your drive is getting that white buildup on the top of it, that means it's getting hot and you might want to install a drive shower.

My BIII has the halo style on it. I'm not sure what brand. I've heard good things about the Simrek brand and theirs look cool because you don't have to drill through your cav plate.

I noticed the other day that one of my pickups is plugged with a stick. Digging it out of there looks like it's going to be interesting.

Thanks for the education... havent seen those problems on mine. My Talari is a slower (cruise mid 30s) so it doesnt seem to be getting overheated.
