oil leak at lower unit
 

I just got the Diablo back in the water after being in storage for nearly 7 years. I had it checked out at the local shop, and they replaced the water pump because they said it would be bad after that legnth of time. They also changed all of the oil and fluids. I only used it 3 times, and now that it is time to put her up for the winter there is a light blue colored oil leaking from the water intake slots on the side of the lower unit. Any idea what this is, or how much it might cost to fix?

When they replaced your waterpump and changed the fluids did they pressure test the outdrive? Sitting for 7 yrs likely has caused a seal failure which should be looked after before you put her back in the water.
