Prop?
 

I have a 23' 2001 shaba 238 I bought it with no engine or complete outdrive. The complete engine and outdrive I installed came out of my 1988 23' wellcraft. 350 chevy engine with a bravo 1 outdrive. The engine was a brand new crate motor. I also added a fresh water cooling system to it. It has a 4 blade prop on it. I'm having a hard time getting on plane. Can anybody give me any information on what prop should be on this please.

Just telling us it has a '4 blade prop' doesn't help much. There should be a diameter & pitch marked on the prop also. It would also help to know what RPM's you are running at wide open throttle.
