Impeller

Question: I have a 5.7 mercruiser bravo 3 out drive, just replaced thermostat, (140) still getting175. Water pump seems noisy as well as raw seawater pump. Is there a impeller in the lower unit as well on a Bravo 3.? Thanks for any info

There is no impeller in the Bravo 3 outdrive. The raw water sea pump includes an impeller and it sounds like that is your failure point.
