Help please
 

I have a 1993 2350zc. Went to use over 4th of july weekend. Boat started hard, wouldnt get on plane, motor stumbled, backfired, eventually stopped running and would not restart. I found the block number reads 10243880, couldnt read outdrive numbers or find carburetor identification. The carb is a 4 barrel. Can not get anyone in west michigan to even look at the boat for a month, so any help getting this thing going would be greatly appreciated. I am considering replacing the carburetor with a remanufactured oem 4 barrel. I attached a couple pictures with what stickers i could find on bell housing.

Id try some other trouble shooting in the mean time.
How old is fuel or is there water in the fuel? The ethanol blended fuels pull moisture from the atmosphere and that could be causing your issue. (Ive had it happen to me and yes, it left me dead in the water)
As this sounds like it could be motor issue any auto mechanic might be able to help you out. Could be something really simple that is getting overlooked. Check wiring, for corrosion on wires, fuel delivery(lines, pump, etc), do you have spark. Hope you can get back on the water soon!

It runs great til about 2500 rpms, carburetor rebuilt, new plugs, wire. Distributor cap. Found out the alternator was toast, hopefull thats the problem.

Anyone no how many litres a 1997 mariah 5.7 z210 shabia tank holds?
