Gang... new to the forum here and need help identifying this part. If I jump/bypass it, the boat will start. Otherwise, it wont even turn over...

Thoughts?

Appears to be the relay solenoid or slave solenoid as some call it. Recently replaced mine on 1995 5.7L for about $30.
