Cuz i bought one for $15 and watched the bidding. There was a flurry of bidding inching the price up all in the last 2 mins. I was outbid with about 30 secs to go & just said to hell with it & then the vendor came back to me offering the watch for $15. which was my final bid. Seemed like there was a slight aroma about the bidding process.....
