Try Taylor- Made since they were the original manufacturers and they still may have the mold for your '99. This may not be easy though as finding a windshield for an original Mariah can be an adventure in frustration. Here's a response i got from Taylor Made when i was looking for one:

Dear Sir,
I will need the sticker numbers off the trim on the inside of the windshield.

I will need the serial numbers on the windshield. If you are sitting in the boat and look along the bottom inside trim of the windshield you should see a clear stick with numbers on it. There should be one for each section. If you can get me those I can see if we can figure out what the center should be. When Mariah was in business they bought windshields in components and mixed and match the parts on the boats.

According to one of our members who had success: I found it on the port side of the boat on the inside stuck to the aluminum frame right at the bottom it said Taylormade and the number and that was it . but I did have to use a telescoping mirror to read it as it was between the dash and window frame for it is a small sticker

One of our members ( DWMax) had some success when he called Taylor Made & spoke with a lady named Karen at 260-347-1368-ext-247. My understanding is that anything older than '97 has no chance and anything newer is a possibility. You might have to dig a little deep into your penny jar though....
