I used a local plastics manufacturer here in Hamilton to form a windshield out of acrylic for my boat 4 yrs ago and its held up well. It's not quite as good as glass but for $350 vs what it would have cost me to have a glass one custom made, i can live with the minor imperfections. It sounds like your company can do a number of things that may benefit our members!
