I have had no interest in this boat. Based on what everyone is seeing in their markets, is $12,300 the right price for this boat?

I don't think that your price is out of line. That's about what I paid for my Z210 Shabah LE a little over a year ago. I live in Kansas City so our markets should be fairly similar. I have the same engine and out drive. Plus you have the wakeboard tower. You should get close to your asking price if it runs as good as it looks. Be patient, boating fever will be kicking into gear real soon.

Price is close for Atlanta. If you are negotiable you should be good. In Atlanta you might end up at 10500-10800 cash. It's a nice boat and most of the ones out there are junk so don't sell yourself short either. Be thinking of doing a sub back there. How does that work with the hatch closed?

I have my Sub Woofer mounted in the exact same location and it works just fine with the hatch closed.
