Due to a recent change in life, I have decided to sell my Mariah Z302. This boat is white with blue trim. It was built in 2000. It is a mid cuddy with a strong 502 with a bravo III outdrive. There are 700 hours on this boat. Some extras on this boat are TV, Micrwave,GPS, 2 CD players, Captains Choice Exhaust. The cuddy has been slept in four nights. This is a super nice boat, and has been a very enjoyable boat. but as everyone knows all good things must come to an end. Suggested list price is $69,550.00 on Boatcrazy.com. The asking price today for this boat is $54,500.00.

Wow, sounds like a nice boat, but your asking price is quite a bit on the high side. These boats were selling in the 30-35k range over the last year. The "suggested list price" as you see it on that site was the original MSRP price in 2000 when it was originally sold. I'd check nadaguides.com and use their Low and High Retail prices for a much more accurate depiction of what you could realistically get for the boat.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but the "suggested list price" is what the boat sold for when new. Scroll to the right a little more and you'll see the "retail value" on it around $20,000 - $25,000. 700 hours is getting close to rebuild time as well.

Nice boat though. Good luck selling. I've wanted one of those for some time now.
