1995 Z240 Talari For Sale
 

I have a 1995 Z240 Talari with 159 original hours. 454 MPI with Bravo 1 outdrive. Exceptional condition. Just professionally winterized. New alternator and rams on engine cover just rewired with relays so it will open an close more quickly. New battery. All AMSOIL fluids and were changed this summer. New NGK spark plugs. Throttle plate just cleaned. Two axle trailer Shorelander. Matching cockpit covers and also a full cover. Stanless prop. Top end speed is 68MPH.

I have spent over $800 this summer on service on this boat

We bought it this past summer and used it in the lake. This boat has never been in salt water. I have a clear title.

My wife might be about to lose her state job due to cutbacks in the economy or I would be keeping this boat for many years to come.

I forgot to mention my favorite item on the boat. It has the stainless through hull Corsa peformance Captain's Call exhaust. Yes, it turns a lot of heads at the lake. Some claim I can be the loudest boat on the lake. Some hate me for that, but I think it is jealousy!

The prop is a Stiletto stainless. On a calm day this summer on Kerr Lake, NC with the lower unit trimmed just right, she was doing over 65mph. The wife an kids were in the front, so needless to say, I did not get to keep her at that speed very long. It is a very clean boat. Was kept at Smith Mountain Lake Virginia in a boat house out of the water before I got her. It has been maintained very well. The Lowrance depth gauge was replaced when I bought her. Swim platform shower works. It is a very comfortable boat. Great boat with the kids.

Sorry to hear you have to let her go. 65mph is definitely cruising. I still have to get mine on GPS to get find out.
