Your boat said that you replaced the floor structure. Could you explain where to start with this. I have a Talari 240z. The floor near the 2 cubbies in the rear of the boat is soft and flexes when walking on near them.

That is not his boat, he just re-posts ads for others who may be interested. Floor work is not easy or cheap and varies by boat. depending on rot, you may have to replace a lot of understructure support too.

Look under the cubbies and floor as much as possible to see if any obvious rot is there, try to get behind panels and floor plates too to get the best view possible. If you see rot and bad spots, then you know you have a problem. If not, then it may take someone with more expertise and equipment to tell you if there is a bad spot. If you get a shop to look at it, go to at least two shops or more until you are comfortable they are saying the same thing. Be ready, good floor repair is expensive.
