Dropping the price on this as a pre-summer deal! $11000 takes it for any member of this great forum!
Hey all, Getting the last touches on my boat so she's ready to go to a new owner. I picked up a z302 and can't pilot 2 boats at once! First off, it's located just outside of Madison, WI. The 1999 has the 5.7L EFI Mercruiser with a Gen2 Alpha 1 drive. Currently it spins a 4 blade prop that gives amazing launch and a 42 MPH top speed. The prop has a couple dings but nothing horrible and I can get a new one for about $82. The interior in the cabin was re-done in all black Vinyl and the cabin bolsters were replaced with custom made Maple ones. The sundeck and rear seat fabrics were replaced, the only spots left are the two captains chairs and they are glued so they don't spread. If it doesn't sell this fall, or if the new owner lives local, I will replace that vinyl this winter too. Both are torn on the seat bottom near the front edge. The boat does come with a bimini top that has only been used once (it's green). The engine has around 340 hours on it and has been serviced regularly, the bellows were replaced last summer along with the trim sensors and the sacrificial anodes. Installed a new sending unit for the depth sounder along with a new pump for the rear shower. Boat has shore power hook-up that is wired to the built in battery charger to maintain the batteries when not in use. The trailer has new bunks and carpeting installed this year along with a new non-marking roller bow stop. Surge brakes on it work well and I've never had an issue with them. The bearings were all replaced last summer. The bad - The rear power light doesn't move all the way up/down on it's own without a little assistance. A new non-power light is available online but I've been content with it the way it is. I loved this boat and hate to part with it but it's awful hard to justify owning two! It comes with a large anchor that stows in the bow and I can throw in some orange life preservers and a throw-able cushion if requested. It does need a good cleaning but it's up to the new owner if they want me to do that first or if they want to save a few bucks and do it themselves. I buffed and polished it in the spring so it just has a few months of weather and use hiding some of the shine. All of that said, it's an amazing boat and will bring your family as much fun as ours. Any questions feel free to ask! PM or Email me for a phone number. I won't ship it but I will help get it to you if you aren't too far away. Thanks, Nick |

Link with more photos. I'm kind of surprised it's still for sale, I thought it would pull more interest by now. Any thoughts from the forum members? Am I too high on the price? I'd honestly probably take $10k for it if someone offered... |

If you have access to facebook, find a group called powerboat swap shop. It was recommended to me by another forum member for exactly what its name intends. I picked up an extra set of b-3 props from there, and people buying and selling anything from 18' to massive offshore rigs. In here, unless someone wants to upgrade everyone already has a mariah! Lol Try that group and see what happens ive seen people go nuts for a nice z250. And Had nothing but good things to say about mariah's. |

I listed my 99 Z258 on EBay. 21 days for $40. Turned down 12.5k 3 times. I'll take 13.5k. You should try eBay. Check out my 99 Z258. It's has a 7.4 Mpi Bravo 3 and a New interior.

Re: 1999 Mariah Z258 Cuddy
Well all, I've had a ton of people interested, nobody with cash yet and I need it gone.
So.... Bottom dollar $10k :eek::eek: Spread the word if you know anyone interested. Thanks all!!! |
Re: 1999 Mariah Z258 Cuddy
I tried boattrader.com and craiglist. I received zero calls from boatrader and nothing but people curious about boating or lowballers off craigslist. I had it on eBay for a short amount of time and got what I was asking with Buy It Now. Just putting it out there- eBay worked well for me.
