New to Mariahs. Looking to buy a Jubilee
Thank you for these awesome forum!
I'm new to Mariah's, but not new to boats. I'm looking to buy a Jubilee. I've combed through craigslist, boat trader, ebay, and several other classifieds. I'm pretty aware of whats available. What I'm interested in is a 1997-1999 Jubilee 244, preferably a Z model. If anyone has any basic advice on what to look out for, I'd appreciate it. I understand there are different engine options. all of my previous boats have had 5.7l engines, seems to good engine size, but I wonder if it might be a little under powered for a 24' boat. Thx. -Michael |

I saw that too. The overall condition of the boat looks sketchy. I noticed it has snaps all the way around the perimeter, but the condition of the upholstery and the console looks like it never had a cover on it. Even at its current bid of $3500, and a cracked block, I don't think its a smart purchase.

Here's the ad that got me to concider a Jubilee in the first place. These are gorgeous boats. I'm finding prices ranging from $8500 to $20k for a fully functional boat.
