Mariah Z272 in Oklahoma

1 Attachment(s)
First post and first season with my 2001 Mariah Shabah Z272.
I think we have all the kinks out and everything is working. This is one nice design.....rides the water well. Only problem is gas consumption with my son wanting to go 45 mph.

Do have a question about the seats...There are a couple of sharp corners on both driver and passenger seats....Has any one found a good way to put a little protection on the corners? Just a little concerned with a couple of grand children. I was thinking about some sort of plastic wrap.

Welcome aboard! Got a picture of those 'sharp corners' on the seats? If its what i think you're concerned about possibly you could install some rubber edging something like this. Most marine supply stores and boating outlets such as Bass Pro should have it.

Sorry, I don't have a picture. The bottom of the seat has pins that locates into holes. When you are standing and driving the bottom of the seat is down exposing a sharp area. The seats are great design but seem like a bruise waiting to happen
