Hello everyone,

I just purchased a 94 Z225 Davanti w/5.7 Merc and live in Western, WA.

It needs some TLC, but otherwise looks good.

After I clean it up a bit I'll post some pics, but in the mean time if there is anyone who owns the same boat I would greatly appreciate any advice or things to know, such as what are those two dimmer switches in the control panel for?

I've played around with them a bit, but nothing happens.

Anyway - I look forward to visiting this site and may be hooking up with other owners in the future.

I'll leave the dimmer ? to one of the other guys.
I don't recall off hand what they control. One is probably dash instrument panel , other cabin maybe?

Welcome aboard! Dont mind Larry. He's getting very old and his memory is beginning to fail.... Those dimmer switches are likely toast and need to be replaced but it seems to me that the members who were looking for replacements said they were very hard if not impossible to find.

This thread might help you out though. And then there is this thread by HudsonRiverSteve trying to find a solution to the non-functioning dimmer switch.
