Recently my 2001 Mariah Shabah Z192 has met its end. In a wind storm a a very large tree broke off and fell length wise ( stern to bow ) smashing the windshield etc. My insurance company has told me that the will not fix it and are going to settle but that they are having trouble determining a value on my boat due to the relatively few on the market and that it was in prestine condition.I thought that a good place to go for advice on a fair settlement price for this, was to the people who know the market and the boat best.

The boat has the tandem heritage custom trailer, 5.7 Merc engine (350) with 192 hours.It has the bimini top and full berth canvases, power everything, new Am/Fm MP3.

Do a search HERE for "Mariah Boats".
Check NADA also , but they can be decieving sometimes.
Check on Iboats.com , boattrader.com , and do a search here at MOC also. There are quite a few threads on pricing of Mariahs.
What suxs is the selling price this time of year can be a lot lower than during the summer.
Make sure you relay that fact to your insurance company

Also, the build quality is comparable to Cobalt boats. You might have slightly more luck finding some similar style Cobalts in good shape.
