Hi There
Hi
As I am the new boy on the block I would like to briefly introduce myself. I have recently purchased a Mariah 19ft Cuddy circa 2000. It has been badly neglected and as a result I am hard at it trying to get it back to its original condition. This will take a time but I enjoy the work. I won't go into t(not newhe detail but I am looking for two eye shaped portholes as the boat does not have any. Also a complete 4.3L Mercruiser set (not new). I have already re trimmed the swivel seats with Mariah name stitched in red, also the side panels. The rear seats are in progress. You may think I am mad to conduct all this work, however I bought the boat because I believe it is basically very well designed, looks good and has good accomodation for its size. It has a good beam is stable and is designed for speed. Best regards David ( Poole in the UK). |
Re: Hi There
Welcome aboard David. Southwater Marine in Hamble, Southampton was the local Mariah dealer for our original Mariah boats but unfortunately i understand that they have recently shut their doors. However, one of our members (Andyb) is very close to your location and has apparently met up with one of the mechanics who worked at that shop and might be able to help out.
Finding those portholes might be difficult and all i can suggest is to check out our Parts & Collectibles section as well as eBay. Possibly someone else here might know where to find them and will chime in. |
Re: Hi There
Howdy neighbour good to have another Mariah owner in the UK, :wink_thumbup:
I’m just outside Southampton on the forest side. |
