Hello Brothers and Sisters!
 

Well, I did it. I bought my 1st boat and I think I did good....Really Good. I just bought a very well cared for, 1993 Mariah 2200Z. The boat has all of its original manuals and most of its service history. Because I've never owned a boat before, I had a friend who is a boat mechanic, check it out. He was almost as excited as me, after he gave me the green light to negotiate.

So now that I am not just a boat owner, but a Mariah Boat Owner, I am excited because even not knowing about all the differences in boats, I could tell "Mariah" was not just a boat. I love this boat and I haven't even had it for 48 hours!

Can't wait to read the forums and learn from your wisdom, advice and mistakes...

There is nothing like that feeling of getting your first boat(especially a Mariah) :)
