Should I buy a 2007 Mariah sx19

I think I found a good deal on a sx19 and the trip is about 6 hours from my house. The photos look good and is powered right with a 4.3. I can't find much of anything on the webb about Mariah boats. Some scary things I hear is the quality is lesser now than with sea pro. I can buy a same year length bayliner. They are a dime a dozen Fla for about 3 grand cheaper. Both boat garages kept and possibly the same hours. What would YOU do??????????
I am leaning to the Mariah since I do hear they are better than bayliners, and there are not many on the market and hope that may be better If I need to re sell. Is that good logic????

It's true that the Mariah quality level dropped a bit when Sea Fox bought the rights to the name but for the most part they are still reasonably well built boats that are simply built to a price point.......and there isn't much on the water that isn't better than a similar sized Bayliner. Now i gotta go wash my mouth out after saying 'Bayliner'... :grin_wink:

I have a newer and an original. The newer one just lacks higher end features. I think it is like comparing a BMW to a Mazda. Both do the job. One just more luxurious than the other.
