I have recently bought a mariah and was wanting to confirm its age thers no identification with it. it's a 18sx cream with a dark green stripe I think it's maybe a 2005 but not sure. Any ideas??? Thanks :)

You can use your Hull ID number on the back of the boat to decode what year it is.

Yes, the one with the hull id# stamped into it located on the transom.

You can use the Engine / Drive ID # to get you close , but without using the HIN your not going to know exact year.

Hopefully you are not telling us that you bought a boat without a hull ID#.... :confused:

That's comparable to buying a car without a VIN#....

Of course I didn't the paint shop lost it when it was getting touched up. It's just for resale when the time comes

Ok, what about the previous ownership papers or the licence# on the boat? I'm not sure of the laws in the various states but i would suspect that if you went to your licencing office with your number and some proof of ownership they might be able to look up the information / hull ID for the boat.
