I am currently looking at a 2007 SX-19 that has been well taken care of. It has the 4.3 Merc engine. I will be using it primarily in salt water. Can anybody give me advice on this particular boat. I am not familiar with Mariah and would appreciate some owner comments.

Welcome aboard! I wont pretend to know much about the new Mariahs but i can suggest that you have a look thru our
SeaFox - Mariahs forum. There are a number of threads in there discussing the SX19. We also have a copy of the review on an '06 SX19 as done by Boating Life that you can read here.
