We recently bought a 2000 Shabah 20ft open bow. (does that make it a 202?) It has the 4.3L Vovlo SX. We are very happy with boat and the kids are loving the skiing, boarding, tubing. I have been around boats growing up, but finally got to a place where it made sense to buy one, especially to deal with the Nevada heat.
If anybody knows the fuel tank size i would be very appreciative for the information... seems like about 30 gal as at 1/2 tank, 15 gal put the gauge on full, However it went from 1/2 tank to E very fast, do these have a history of sending unit issues?

Welcome yamajoe. As a silver contributor you have access to all of the promotional brochures which contain the basic information about your boat. You are correct that yours would be a 202 and your fuel tank size will be 50 US gals. Boat fuel sending units aren't quite as sophisticated as auto fuel tank sending units and as such aren't as accurate. You could try cleaning up all of the contacts on the sending unit itself & see if that improves things.
