Re: Hello Fellow Proud Mariah Owners
Hello,
Thanks for the warm welcome. Would have replied sooner but I was working on my boat! The electrical, connections and wire sizing is not the best. Going through the boat and making new connections. Still love the boat and just hanging out in it making it better. |
Re: Hello Fellow Proud Mariah Owners
Welcome,
Good looking boat. Understand working on it. Having electrical issues myself. As stated earlier just ask a question and someone will jump in to help as there is plenty of experience and knowledge about these boats here. So far today I have had help narrowing down my problem. |
Re: Hello Fellow Proud Mariah Owners
Thanks, nice boat yourself. I have been going through it adding electronics, depth/ fish finder, better stereo and new speakers. Big problem I had was in the starting circuit. Boat was intermitant in starting which was a a pain. Never new when it would or wouldn't start so tore the ignition and start circuitry apart and found the problem in the F-N-R lever. Has to be in nuetral to start, ohming it out I found the switch "sweet spot" has to be on the far R side of neutral to complete the circuit. Simple problem now that I found it and know where it has to be to start. Still love the boat.
