New Boat

Great forum for the Mariah enthusiast!

I bought a 2003 SX21 about a month ago from the original owner. The boat has about 250 hours, it is blue with a 5.0L MPI and alpha one. The boat is in great shape as far as I can tell, I have run it about 5 or 6 times. The only issue I had was there was 2 beeps every minute or so, and after some research it was the IAC valve. I replaced it for 88.00 and all is well with the motor. The speedometer did not work either, but a simple drill bit in the pick up on the outdrive fixed it.

I am pretty impressed with the overall performance and stability. I was very surprised with the speed of this boat, she ran 50-52 in calm water!

I know this boat is the Sea Fox Mariah, but I really don't see any fit and finish flaws.

Overall, I feel like I got a pretty good deal. The owner was asking 10k for it, I got it for 8,500k with a '04 Venture dual axle trailer.
