we have a 1998 shabah z222 bravo III package and the marina tried to tell us it was only worth 8,000 dollars...Our boat is in immaculant condition...does anyone know what its real fair value price is????????

Remember - it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Is this for trade-in or consignment?

I agree, it's a bit low. Not knowing all the options (engine size, trailer included, etc) it's difficult to say. I've seen this year/model in the $10k-14k range recently - just depends on area, demand, condition, and options.

The marina is probably giving you a wholesale price.....ie what they would pay for it.

We were thinking of trading. Finding that most of the new boats are not built as well as our
Mariah. Our boat came with a custom trailer, we added snap down tarps, equiped with a 5.7L
Mercruiser, BravoIII package. 260 hrs. We have had the interior also recovered, boat looks sharp.
Having a tough time departing with it.

Just curious but if the boat is in perfect condition as you say then why would you consider getting another boat? Want something bigger?
