Help with findind a bezel for the cd/radio panel

Is there anyone who can direct me to a person or place where I can purchase the bezel or maybe it is called a cover for the radio/cd player ( this also has the switches for the seat; hatch etc) for a 1995 Tarlari 240Z.

Thanks,

Mike ozgowicz

Mike:

These parts were made in-house at the old Mariah plant out of vacuum formed ABS plastic. Unfortunately finding a replacement is next to impossible since they went out of business in 2001. Is your existing piece damaged? It might be much easier to get it repaired.

Can you post a photo and maybe we could help you figure out what needs to be done?

If it's similar in size and design to the 202 model, you could just get the template from this thread: Instrument panel re-inforcement and then just have one made up in plastic or aluminum (a powder coating might be a nice idea also).

If it is at all similiar to the cd/radio cover on my 1998 pctalari 246 limited edition, after the bouncing and banging finally got to my cover, I was surprised to find the exact replacement in the West Marine catalogue. I don't have a picture, but the cover was a spring loaded bubble which pulled down over the radio front. Hope this helps you ..or someone else..

I believe the original poster was talking about the full face plate, not just the stereo cover.
