Upholstery cleaning
I just bought a Mariah which has been covered all summer with a non-breathing cover. As a result, the upholstery is a mess with mildew. I'm going to clean it, but am concerned with caustic chemicals which will dry out the upholstery and result in cracking/splitting like you see on many boats.
Any pro's out there who can recommend a safe product/process? Thanks, |
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers do a fantastic job of removing dirt & grime from the seats.

Hi stevorat,
Take a look at this thread from 02/08, look at the second and forth posts in this thread for some really good advice for your vinyl care and mildew issue: Click here. Good luck, WetWilly |
I had the same issue the first year I had mine. I used to maintain a blog before we started this site, and I wrote about my experiences with the whole interior cleaning process.
