Gidday from Oz
Gidday guys, I recently purchased a Mariah SX18. Just fantastic, I bought it second hand (just 5 mths old and only 35hrs use!). I'm sure the guy didnt know the true value of it.
My wife and I are both totally green to boating but go out all the time (weather permitting), its winter here at the moment so we dont get out much. I have had a couple of issues with my boat but the local supplier has been fantastic and fixed everything under warranty. I have posted a couple of photos of our boat on the Mariah company website, please feel free to check em out. Regards Tony |
Welcome Tony!! Congrats on being our first Mariah owner across the Pacific! If you've got any questions or concerns, ask away. We're all here to help, and we've got the nicest bunch of users I've ever seen on a forum. Be sure to post some pics to the gallery, there's directions on how to do it in the "Monthly Features" topic. I'd love to see what boating's like in Australia. I can imagine the scenery is beautiful! If there's anything I can do to make your stay here more enjoyable, let me know! :)

Hey Tony
Welcome to the Mariah owners forum and all the way from Perth in Oz! It's a good thing you got the 18 footer.....it'll be just a wee bit bigger than the local salties i'll bet  By all means, post some pics on our website!! We're dyin' to see what Mariah boating is like down under :D |
welcome tony
never expected mariahs to be so far abroad |
Thanks for the welcomes, we dont have any salties (crocs) down this far, thank god. Its the White Pointers we have to watch out for when we come off the tubes:eek:
Welcome too to our Spanish member. I mentioned it to a mate at work here who lives in Spain and he said "Oh yeah my next door neighbour is the local dealer for Mariah". You may have gotten yours from him:) This dealer reckons they are the nicest looking boats he sells. Welcome to this great forum. |
