Just bough 1995 Mariah z272 Barchetta

New owner here, new to Mariah but not to boating.
I always loved Maria's and was finally able to find a super clean one I wanted. I had a 85 Fourwins liberator 211 cuddy, although great boat I needed more space so I was searching for a 27ft open bow. This z272 fit the bill perfectly.
I live in western NYS and boat was in North Michigan so I made the 9hr drive each way thru Canada to get it.

One owner boat with 650 hr and not a rip or any issues on the interior, very anal owner. All oroginal covers and custom made and painted to match trailer, all paperwork and owners manuals.

Got it for $12,500. Looking forward to reading thru the site and get her looking like new on the outside next spring, with new decals and all hopefully.

Tried to upload pics but they fail to load. I'll figure it out soon

Welcome to the club! You got a good deal on that boat I always loved the 272 congrats! I am in central NY and boat on Oneida lake. Went to Illinois for my 98 z244 it was well worth the trip! Mariah’s are top of the line! 1995 was the first year of the 272. They actually ended up making that model all the way through their demise in 2001. They did change the name from Barchetta to a Shabah shortly after 95 I believe. The 95 brochure has a real cool two page diagram of your boat I attached it and also the page on it with some specs. This website is not very reliable and no one really comes on here anymore. You used to be able to pay 15 bucks and have access to pdf files of all the manuals but no one is here to approve it anymore so don’t waste your money. I have hard copies of all the brochures and have them saved to my computer as well. We have moved to Facebook so I would join that even if you don’t have Facebook the Mariah group alone is worth it!

Thanks Dan. Are you able to send those pdfs to my email? Hard to read if I download the pics. Ozersjunk@yahoo
Thanks man!

Just cleaned up the boat some, will do a more thorough detailing in the spring. I like my engine bays clean and spottles which this isn't there yet.

Welcome to the group! That boat is a beauty from the description and at a great price. You will be happy with it!

You will also want to join the Mariah Owners Group facebook page where there is much more activity. This site has a TON of great information but only a couple of us routinely visit it.

Looking forward to some pictures!

The Mariah Boat Owners Club is the biggest one and gets a lot of posts each day. The other two are smaller and not quite as active but still worth joining.
