Greg, thanks. Basically I spared no expense and starting with the trailer, I went though every component. Once I completed the trailer, I took the boat apart and striped it to bare bones almost. I added a swim platform with seats on what was the old transom deck. Then it went for custom paint, once that was completed I began one component at a time, putting the whole boat back together while adding new upholstery, carpet, audio, some wiring, new bilge pumps, GPS, VHF radio, did some custom cup holders into the dash/cockpit. Just recently built a 515 from scratch. Balanced rotator, forged pistons, big roller cam with hydraulic lifters, Merlin heads and yes man it has custom pipes with wet captains exhaust. I will say I wired it so you have to flip the switch to turn the exhaust to quiet!! Meaning I never use the switch, always ON!! She is a beast, I also installed a 36 pitch 4x3 bravo prop. Much soother and easier to keep on plane at lower rpm’s. It’s been a lot of fun and the boat is very different looking but still has those beautiful hull lines that I fell in love with. I never seem to run out of things I want to do to make it more unique. Not many of these left out there! Let me see if I can figure out how to get some pics uploaded. Lol
