New Owner of a Used Mariah
My wife and I purchased a nearly like new 1993 Mariah Diablo. Great 18 foot boat for weekend fun at our cabin in MN. We only have one original key and I am curious if anyone has a suggestion of where I can go for duplicates. There is nothing on line that I can find, but I will visit a locksmith on Monday as a possible alternative.

When the ignition switch goes bad you’ll be able to replace the keys at that time. Also, depending on how you careful you are, you might be able to take apart the original key. Swap them out and apply some epoxy for metal to put it back together. Don’t make too much epoxy though, you only need enough to keep it together. The key fob will come apart just try not to bend it too much or use too much epoxy....it won’t come apart when you want it too. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
Re: New Owner of a Used Mariah
Hello! I just purchased a 93 Diablo also. It was from friends and the boat was taken care of other than showing normal wear on the seats. I'm close to the Michigan/Ohio border so will probably get about as much use as you will in MN. So far I'm pretty happy with the boat had it out twice.
Congrats on your purchase and good luck with the key. I was only given a single key so curious if you find one besides a locksmith. |
