I recently purchased a 1994 z210 talari.The boat has the 5.7 liter mercruiser alpha 1 gen 2 drive.i am having trouble get the boat to plane any suggestions and does any one know what the factory propeller size and pitch should be for this boat.Does any one know where i could find an owners manual

A little site searching would have got you the answers you are seeking. Install a set of Smart Tabs for planing. What prop is on your boat now? Once you determine what Prop is on your boat then READ this STICKY in the Prop Talk section.

As for a manual, read the STICKY located at the top of the Introductions Section.

The boat currently has the high five propeller 13 1/4 with a 19 pitch the boat will also only run 10 knots at 3800 rmps

10 knots is only about 11 mph. Are you sure? If so it sounds like you have spun a hub on the prop. Personally i would get rid of that High 5 and buy a 4 blade 19 or 20" pitch with a new hub with a diameter closer to 14.5" Combining that with a set of Smart Tabs should have your boat jumping onto plane.
