Thanks for having me!! I Am looking at buying 2001 Shabah 27 center cabin. Who can give me some tips on common issues I should look for? I had a Jubilee 24 for 5 years and sold it recently.

welcome. you already know they are great boats. Parts are almost impossible to come by. Good luck with the possible purchase.Make sure you do a sea test.

Its unfortunate that this site has been allowed to deteriorate and very few people post here any more. That said, and since you are already familiar with a Mariah boat, I'll suggest reading this 'Sticky'.

Yes, with each passing year trim and interior parts are getting more difficult to find for most of these boats. Items common to other boats (such as mechanical and most electrical) are still available with a bit of searching.
