NC Crystal Coast 1st time boater 2001Diablo180
Hi everyone,
I'm a 1st time boat owner and I bought a 2001 Mariah Diablo 180. Has a 4.3 Volvo Penta. Don't know much about boats or boating. Had to replace fuel pump and blower motor so far, took out to test ride and lost neutral and reverse. Took off cover on Outdrive and found linkage came off didn't find any broken pins. So I lucked out it was an easy fix. Other than that it ran nice,didn't get to open it up yet
I'd appreciate any advice or knowledge about my Diablo 180, other than recovering the cushions on the bow, I need a new horn.
Can anyone explain what the "Catch" button does on the shift assembly???
