Steering 96 Talari
 

Hello, My first time posting. Taking care what was my grandfathers Mariah. Now my children love it! I need to replace the rack and cable on the steering. It appears that it is the original Teleflex System. Can someone please help with the following?

1. What are comparable replacements for this?
2. What length?
3. The cable disappears behind the side wall. Is it free flowing in there? Can I just connect the new cable to the old with some cloth tape to pull it through?
