My new 99 Mariah Shabah 202
 

My wife and I are very happy new Mariah owners, this boat I purchased happen to have starting issues when i put it on the lake after running it and putting into neutral. It would just cut off at idle and wouldn't start for about 15 mins but after I did a tune up that took me a few hours it started up like a beauty. Turned out it had a broken rotor and some pretty old plugs, and ignition coil. I plan to do a lot more work to it before spring gets here. Needs a good detail job and fixer uppers, which I have already started to do. I had the seats repaired and added led trailer lights cause there was a short somewhere in the wiring and thanks to jjt1276 directed me where to get replacement decals. Me and the wife are so excited and can't wait to put her on the water again. Here are a few photos of the repairs and boat

Welcome from another 99 Shabah 202 owner, beautiful boat! Can't wait to see some pics with some window tint on it. Nice job getting the seats repaired, I'm doing the same on mine.

Thanks MHT, I can't wait to see it either, I'm excited to see what it's gonna look like. The seats I had repaired with a friend of mine that does leather upholstery at the car dealership. So he was able to have them repaired for me. Good thing they weren't to bad it was just the center part of he seat

Well I finally got my windshield tinted. I kinda wish I would have gone darker but I'm still happy with the results. Not to dark not to light. I still wanted to be able to see out the glass clearly. Yesterday was the first day I started it and I finally got a temp reading after I replaced thermostat, temp sensor, and temp sender, I also did the impeller and prop. I'm hoping to take her out this weekend. I also installed a drain plug led light, I will find out how that looks in the water hopefully his weekend, but here's a photo with the tint and led drain plug. She still needs wet sanding, buffing, and waxing.

We have great weather here through out the week but the weekend arrives we get thunderstorms and whatnot. I'm very anxious to get out! Lol guess what thunderstorms this weekend. Great!

Reupholstery looks great. Need to find someone here in my area that can do that!
