Just bought a 1995 Z240 Talari and I am looking for the power hatch assemblies,look's like there we 2 , 1 on each side of the hatch...as they are missing. Can I get these new somewhere ?

jward, i'm pretty new to the site also but I've seen several threads addressing the power rams on the engine cover. It seems there are two schools of thought, one being they're not worth the trouble and the other is they are cool but very slow. You might do a site search on power rams and see what you come up with. I know there are fairly inexpensive rams available on eBay.
Mine has the traditional shocks which seem to work fine. Personally, it's not that big of a deal but the cover is heavy and might be difficult to raise manually for some folks. Good luck!

Hopefully someone will chime in with the original hatch rams and give you info , All you would need is the length full extended and order them on ebay.
