sun shading
 

I have a 2012 R-20. Love it! it has the standard bimini top, but I'd like to have more shade from the sun for other passengers.

does anybody know of companies that sell extensions, or other shading devices?

There are a few companies. Taylor and Carver are the first two that come to mind. Whatever you get try to stick with stainless steel as it lasts longer and holds up better. I personally have aluminium with those cheap plastic connectors. I'm waiting for them to fail any weekend because they are looking brittle. They're probably 5 years old and only see the UV light when the boat it on the water.
