New Owner (Almost)

Hey folks, I have agreed to buy a Mariah from a guy here in town and I plan to pickup either Sat or Sun. I test drove last night and am looking forward to owning. It is an 18 ft Shabah with a 4.3L. I am not sure exactly the model of Shabah that it is. The boat seems great but it is very very dirty. So I will have a lot of work to do before the summer. I just wanted to say hello. I look forward to posting some before and after cleaning pics. Talk to you all soon! :wink_thumbup:

Got the boat home and began the cleaning process. I have a long way to go but here are just a few pics to show you what I am up against. The good news is, the boat runs great and can be cleaned.

Not sure why my first two pictures are upside down.

Yes sir! Thank you for the reply. I tried some of the Starbrite Hull Cleaner last night. That stuff is amazing. But I still have to find something to put a shine back on it.

Wow, that is crazy. I wish had the time, funds, and supplies to do all of that. I have my eye on another Starbrite product. I will probably try that and leave it at that before beginning work on the interior.

There are good things out there for a reasonable price for sure. The guy in that link does some amazing things when it comes to the finished product. I have followed those steps on a few boats and had great results. BUT I have seen similar results without doing three steps of buffing.
