New owner of a 2000 182 Shabah
 

Is there room for a new member. Been searching this site for a while and got me stuck on Mariah. Highly recommended by everyone I talk to about boats. Just purchased a 2000 182 Shabah. Needs a bit off cleaning but otherwise in excellent shape. Great site for information. Thanks all

Dear Stig.
Hopefully you can support me.
I propose to purchase a Mariah Shabah 182 (1999) in UK and register it in Austria.
CE-plaque is on board, but unfortunately owner does not have CE-certifikate, which is needed to register a boat in EU.
From our authorities I was informed, that just a copy of existing CE-document would be enough, because it`s valid for whole serie. Maybe I can use as well copy from Shabah 183...
I`m realy desperate, because comp. Mariah doesn not exist any more and I have no idea, where to get such copy.

Just so u dont continue to repeat your posts seeking a copy of someone's certificate, North American boats do not have the same certificate requirements as European boats. Given that probably 95% (maybe higher) of Mariah production was sold in North America, its highly unlikely anyone here will have what u need.
