Hello MOC,

Purchased a 1993 Mariah Diablo with 4.3LX Alpha I GEN II about one month ago , has 360 hours on clock, motor / drive / hull / trailer are all in good condition.

Been out in it three times.
Did a google search on Mariah , did not know they existed until I purchased this boat.
I have always had OB, this is my first I/O.

Already found one thing that might be a big problem.
The Lag bolts on the starboard motor mount are loose, they will not tighten.
I plan on removing these two lag's (they are only finger tight) to try and determine how bad the rot is under the motor mounts.
Has anyone had this issue before.
The Port side seems to be still tight/snug and holding.

Other that this discovery, I'm impressed with the boat, it had been well kept, still has original interior.

I have a 1993 MX 20 and the engine will not crank over after taking out of storage.
Trim works and I can hear the solenoid click but not crank.
Battery is full charge and I check the breaker on the motor and it is good.
Also noticed the bilge does not run or no Nav lights.
I’m looking for the fuse box but cannot find it.

There is nothing like hijacking someone else's thread is there....

Jester, not to add to hijacking my own thread, but here goes.....
remove the leads from the battery posts , check the battery voltage with a volt meter, anything less than 12 volts is not good.
once you know you have a good/hot battery, check the connections, di-electric grease, re-install the connections and make sure the are tight.

My fuse block / busbar is tucked under the helm.

Also, just throwing it out there, cause I've see people go crazy trying to figure it out, but check the kill switch, is it working, is it tripped.
