I am looking at purchasing a 2001 Jubilee 215. I have talked with a few people who have said that Mariah's have a history of hull problems. Delamination, separation, etc.

Really? I think you or your friends have them confused with another brand. The new Mariahs as made by SeaFox (2003-2013) could be a little questionable at times but the original Mariah's were very solid boats. The 2001 falls into the original Mariah category.
