Replacing Seawater Impeller, Should I replace Pump too?

Finally fired up my boat that I bought last fall for the first time. It had been sitting since 2009.

The Alpha 1 outdrive didn't suck in water, so I'm planning to replace the seawater impeller. I've noticed that some kits also include the parts to replace the pump too. Should I go ahead and do that while I'm in there? I don't want to spend more money than I need to, but if it's a good idea, then I'll do it.

Thanks!

Does the Alpha 1 actually have a pump and an impeller? I am not sure on that outdrive, but some water pumps are actually just the impeller, seals, and the plate. It hasn't been started since 2009? That is an awful long time without being cranked. You might want to take a step back and change all fluids, seals, etc. Of course you might have already done that and now I look really silly! :)

I've checked the fluids and, thank god, it was winterized professionally. Oil looks really clean. Same is true for the outdrive. I had to replace the fuel pump and filter, but it fired up once I was done. It definitely needs new belts. And I need to replace one fuel line. Nothing leaked while it was running. Which seals do you recommend changing?

I think I'd pull a vacuum/pressure test on the drive allz28. No matter what make sure you do the impeller as you have stated.
Also make sure drive shaft boot , shift cable boot are thoroughly looked over for cracks. Me.....I'd change all fluids due to contaminants that build up over time , shes' been sitting for 4yrs!
