battery wiring sketch?

So I got my batteries last weekend and had to wait for the new Battery trays to come in because my old ones are too small. Here is my question: I really don't trust the original owners repairs(going off of experience here!) and what he has done with the batteries. I am looking for a rough idea of what gets connected to what. Here is what I have so far:

1 29 battery(Start)
2 27 house(house)
1 perko battery selector switch
1 battery disconnect switch(only on/off position) under seat-not sure why I need both switches...
1 battery isolator
1 guest charger pro(for 3 batteries and 2 banks)
also has shore power which also runs lights, charger, tv, micro and fridge.

I have looked online for a sketch of how it all goes together but I only get pieces and parts. It is going to be nice all day tomorrow so I plan on making a day of it in the engine bay and figuring it all out.

How about just running like this Chris. It should serve for your purposes.

Hey Colorado! I am still curious why I have a second battery switch. Also, I did notice online that my grounds should be tied into the grounding bus. Also my positive lines are feed thru the battery isolator. Uuggggh, too late to think right now. Hopefully I won't burn anything up tomorrow! Lol.

So here is my mystery battery switch that is under my rear cockpit seat. I have a standard Perko battery selector switch, but this one is hidden. Does anyone know what this is for? There are 2 fused hots that come off of it and get really buried around the engine. The ground has been disconnected and I am thinking that it went to the battery that the original owner removed and never replaced.

And the plot thickens... My boat was wired with power from the alternator going to the battery isolator and then out to the batteries. According to what I see online, the output of the isolator should go thru the battery selector switch and from there out to the batteries. Does anyone know the correct way?
