Repairs Question

How do you fix these problems? (See photos attached) Chips and scratches in the bottom of the boat. Most are through the gelcoat but haven't chipped into the fiberglass with some smaller chips in the glass. Most just need painted or gelcoated over or something but I have no idea how to do that.
