Z204 (1998) Fuses? Circuit Breakers?

Below my throttle handle on my 1998 Z204 is a panel that has (and forgive me if I am using the wrong terminology) what looks to be pop-out circuit breakers. Are there also fuses in the boat that can be accessed, or just these pop-outs? I want to make sure that when I was installing my ignition switch in the fall (or when it was acting up prior to that) that I did not potentially blow a fuse that could be the source of why my rotational dimmer switch / instrument cluster lights are no longer working.

I'm also wondering if I could have accidentally pulled the battery lead to the dimmer when installing the dimmer switch since the dimmer sits directly above the ignition switch - but that is a stretch I think because with the blades I would really need to do some yanking to get it off.
Comments? Thoughts? :)

if it is still relevant I have found a bank of inline fuses in the engine compartment. there are 4 leads 2 have the same gauge about 16-18 and the others are a bit thicker. I think they are the main lines to a sub fuse box under the driver console.
previous owner left a broken fuse in one of them and am trying to find out the rating to repair it but I hope it brings the radio and other bits back to life.
