How to remove a boat from a trailer on land.
 

I had to replace the sideboards on the trailer as one of them was ripped off upon pulling the trailer out of the water and upon discovery the second one was equally is damagedfrom rot so I brought the boat home and built two new side boards but really didn't want to drive 45 minutes to the lake for a 20 minute fix so I devised an idea using a forklift and a strap with some luck and stupidity it worked pretty good. Are used three-quarter inch marine grade plywood and wrapped it in indoor outdoor carpet with the waterproof contact cement with the addition of a bunch of stainless steel staples and then attached it to the trailer with stainless steel screws
