It is fairly easy with the right tools. You just need to get a rebuild kit for the rams. I dont think it matters if they are on a Bravo or an Alpha. Might want to get some part numbers off of a site like Genuine Mercury & Mercruiser parts or something. I have done it a few times. A can of suspension parts cleaner would be a good idea as I think brake parts cleaner/carb cleaner will jack up the new seals.
